Psy:am has been prodcing for two years, and has really built a following for hismelf. His tracks have gained the support of El-B, Cotti, Riskotheque, Hulk, Itchy Robot, and most recently, Plastician. Plastician currently has Psy:am’s collaboration with STINKAHBELL, titled Don’t Tell Mum About Ibiza, on exclusive….here is a clip from RinseFM for the curious steppers:

As far as live shows are concerned Psy:am has been just as busy, playing at nights around London, including Fabric twice and most recently at Rub-A-Dubstep in Brixton. Finally, the man has managed to put together a show at Tutus on October 1 and …well…just check out the flyer:

A guy who probably has one of the sickest names going in the scene today, Filth Collins from Australia. We’ve been a massive fan of his since we first got wind of a couple of his tunes. With numourous releases coming out on a variety of different labels, Filth Collins is a producer you will definitely be hearing a lot more of in the coming months. Since he liked us so much, he gave us a brand spank exclusive to give away for you lot, and let me tell you it goes in hard! I’ve been rinsing it out hard ever since he sent it over. I love my liquid drum and bass. A lot. And I forgot that this tune was recently given out free by the legends that are Commix. It’s a delightfully mellow remix that is deep and vibey and at the same time makes you move your head and feet like no mans business. Well this remix is the business, and anyone that likes the chiller stuff every now and again, definitely give this a try out.

Our good friend Aems has been very busy recently in the production area. He sent me over a fair few tracks and I was a bit slack about posting them. Everyone who knows him will know he also keeps himself busy MCing for the best in the business, and even did a freestyle about me at the last ever Heavyweight (RIP) which I won’t go into! Aems now organizes and runs a weekly night called Bass! amongst various other projects all of which mostly involve the lovely Miss Aim. Anyway here are a handful of tunes I took from his Soundcloud.
